Most comedians try and start their comedy careers in New York or LA where they have the best opportunity to be "Discovered" by the entertainment industry. Growing up in a blue colar family in Birmingham, Alabama Marvin Lee never had that opportunity, but what he had was desire and ability. Marvin Lee has since become the #1 rated comedian in Las Vegas, Orlando, New Orleans, Columbus, and Houston as ranked by Gigmasters.com. He was also the only U.S. comedian to be invited to perform at the Great Canadian Laugh off three years in a row and won the Long Beach Comedy Festival. Marvin Lee has performed at the Bellagio, The Monte Carlo, and the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada just to name a few. Marvin Lee was also an Atlanta finalist on the 1st Season of NBC's LAST COMIC STANDING, and BET'S COMING TO THE STAGE.
